Forge.gg is operated by Vanguard Tech Limited, a company incorporated in New Zealand. NZ business number 9429053750594, Company number 9437764.

Forge.gg provides a Discord server generator and deployment bot. By using Forge.gg you authorize our bot to create, modify and manage Discord guild resources you explicitly request via the dashboard.

You must authenticate via Discord OAuth or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord and Google accounts. You must have a Discord "Manage Server" permission on any guild you wish to deploy templates to.

Forge.gg offers Basic ($4.99 USD/month) and Premium ($14.99 USD/month) subscriptions. Payments are processed by Stripe and managed under Vanguard Tech Limited. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.

Refunds are available within 24 hours of subscription start, processed back to your original payment method. After 24 hours you may cancel anytime to stop future billing, but the current period is non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. You retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period.

You agree not to use Forge.gg to violate Discord's Terms of Service, deploy abusive content, or evade Discord rate limits. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Forge.gg is provided "as is". We are not liable for damages resulting from bot misconfiguration, Discord API outages, or template-related changes you authorize.
