1. Who we are
Forge.gg is operated by Vanguard Tech Limited (New Zealand). NZ business number 9429053750594 · Company number 9437764.
2. Data we collect
- Discord identifiers: user ID, username, email, avatar, and list of guilds you can manage (OAuth `identify email guilds` scopes).
- Google identifiers (if signed in via Google): name, email, profile picture.
- Templates, deployments and subscription records you create within Forge.gg.
- Payment metadata from Stripe (we never see your full card number).
3. How we use it
To authenticate you, render your dashboard, deploy templates to your servers via our bot, and bill you via Stripe under Vanguard Tech Limited.
4. Sharing
We share data only with: Discord (to deploy your templates), Stripe (to process payments), and our hosting providers. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Account and template data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion any time via our support Discord.
6. Your rights
You may access, export or delete your data on request. EU/UK/NZ residents have additional rights under applicable privacy laws including GDPR and the NZ Privacy Act 2020.
